Tide is a a fully licensed restaurant. Consortium Qld Executive Chef, Mathew Fulford, develops Tide's seasonal menu with the best of local ingredients in mind. Mat works closely with high quality producers to deliver delicious dishes across our breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert menus. Our breakfast menu runs until 11am, and all others run from 11am until kitchen closing. Tide on the Jetty is located in the charming bayside village of Manly, just 30 minutes from Brisbane’s CBD.
