Mandala is a food manufacturing and retailing business that produces only food products that are vegan and gluten free. 'VGF' in our name stands for 'Vegan (and) Gluten Free'. Currently we have a range of vegan and gluten free cookies and tarts that can be bought from our online shop or from our factory shop in Wynnum. We also have stalls at local markets in Brisbane. Here are a few more details about how we prepare our food products and how we operate… No animal product or gluten product enters our production facility | no anti-caking agents, preservatives or emulsifiers are used in our products | no oats, soy, sesame or artificial sweeteners are used in our products | we only use filtered water | all our organic waste is taken off site and composted | we recycle all glass, plastics (soft and hard), tin, paper, cardboard and bottle lids | packaging is kept to a minimum PLUS the bags we use for our cookie range are biodegradable and home compostable, as are the tags and string. Also, we hand make all of our products, so they may not always appear uniform in size or shape! We also do not use any preservatives and so we recommend if you want to extend the shelf life of our range of cookies, pop any you’re not eating immediately into the freezer to keep them fresh.
