Assembly by Aiko is a yoga, sculpt + wellness studio, on the corner of James and Annie St, New Farm. We offer a semi-private (6 per class) experience across yoga, low-impact cardio, toning + your well-being. Enjoy 45mins sessions, six days a week in the form of our two key signature classes, Aflow (yoga) and Assembly (sculpt + tone). Our very small classes allow for tailored modifications to improve your form + confidence. Special to our studio is the option of bespoke one-on-one or private group sessions, corporate programming, as well as monthly workshops + sound bowl sessions to deepen reflection and guide meditation.
