Mellow & Thriving teaches compassionate, reflective movement in an embodied yoga practice. We spend time becoming aware of our body as we move into each pose, the sensations and feelings that arise from each movement. We create a safe container in which to process underlying emotions, and the root cause of our pain, discomfort and unease.
We also offer meditation which taps into your innate and intuitive tendency to daydream, to meditate. Our style of yoga and meditation allows you to understand yourself, your emotions, your habits, your tendencies better, by deepening your connection with yourself and others. We guide you through a simple process to commune with yourself, using your body to access your mind.
We focus on your needs, whether it's back pain, stress, anxiety, injury rehabilitation, fitness or sleep deprivation. We customise both our private and group lessons to ensure you receive the benefit of the practice.

Mondays 12 pm - 6:30 pm Wednesdays 2 pm - 5:30 pm Thursdays 9 am - 1 pm Fridays 1 pm - 6 pm Saturdays 9:00 am - 11:00 am all other times by appointment yoga and meditation retreats as per events page
