The Mt Gravatt Lapidary Society is a small, community based volunteer run not-for-profit organisation promoting and teaching the art of Lapidary and its allied crafts. Our membership is dynamic including all ages from 10 and up and consists of a diverse background. Our club is able to offer its members up to date equipment and techniques through the hard work of our members and the generous support from all levels of Government through grants. Our Instructors and members love to keep up with the ever changing trends and style. Part of the fun of the club is the social aspect of meeting like minded members who enjoy the same craft. And also many members enjoy competing in the annual Lapidary competition we run which is recognised state wide.
