The Sunlight Centre is a Brisbane charity that provides free suicide crisis counselling to teenagers and adults. Our qualified and experienced counsellors offer evidence-based support for suicidality, self-harm behaviours and for those who have been impacted by suicide.
No GP letter or mental health plan is needed. We welcome self-referrals.

We offer support for suicidal thoughts, self-harm behaviour and to those impacted by suicide. We also offer a series of community workshops including a youth mental health first aid training, bespoke mental health healthy minds workshops for your community or company, and a TALKS Active Listening for Teens workshop.
