In the TV area you'll find a 2 ½ seater leather recliner, a 80" SmartTV, and a bookshelf with reading materials. The kitchen includes a pantry with basic essentials such as salt, pepper and oil. It has a 2-burner gas stove; a convection/microwave; an air fryer/convection oven; and all the cooking equipment you could want. The balcony has relaxing seating area with gorgeous views of the gardens and river. There are bi-fold glass windows that can be fully or partially opened. You’ll get lovely river breezes through these. The apartment has ducted air conditioning throughout plus ceiling fans in the master bedroom and the TV area.
