Montica is a mobile pizza trailer. We make authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Each pizza is cooked in a real Italian oven. Neighbourhood Pizza Nights is our way of sharing great pizza with our local Brisbane communities. You can grab dinner, picnic with friends, or enjoy a chill night out with the people you love. Our handcrafted pizzas are made with love, passion, and attention to detail.
